All purchases of digital products from AI Drop Kit (aidropkit.com) are final once the download link has been accessed.

By completing your purchase, you:

• (a) Consent to immediate delivery of digital content
• (b) Acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once delivery begins (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Reg. 37; EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m))

When We Will Issue a Refund

• The file is corrupt, damaged, or cannot be opened
• The product is materially different from its description on the product page
• A duplicate or erroneous charge has occurred

To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

When We Will Not Issue a Refund

• Change of mind after the download link has been accessed
• Failure to read the product description before purchase
• Incompatibility with your software (system requirements are listed on each product page)
• You have already used, copied, or distributed the product

Chargebacks

If a payment dispute is opened, we may share factual order and delivery records with the payment provider (for example, order details and confirmation that the download was made available) so the transaction can be reviewed. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law, including:
